Healthy Juice - No Sugar - Tastes Great

Trying to shake the juice habit?

Most people think fruit juice is healthy...fact is it's very unhealthy (check out my previous post on sugar and juice) and loaded with sugar and has little or no nutritional value!

Here's an option that actually tastes good, has health benefits and only 1 gram of sugar in an 8 oz glass.

I make it at home.

Key is, you must use these exact substituting allowed...thus the photos of what you need.

8 oz purified water (don't use tap water it's not good for you)

2 tsp Bragg Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tsp Lakewood Organic Black Cherry Concentrate

4 drops NOW Better Stevia Glycerite (Alcohol-Free)

Mix and drink...

You can buy all of these at Whole Foods...possibly at Safeway (for the Bragg ACV)

Only 1 gram of sugar from the cherry juice concentrate.
