Butter or Margarine on Your Toast?

You think butter is bad for your health, right?


Ben ate butter.

Well I hate to break it to you, actually I'm happy to, butter is great for your health and after you get through reading this post you may be shocked by the fact that you and many others have been sold a bill of goods by the government along with the food and medical establishment.

This is not my opinion, rather it's a fact, one you likely have never heard.

Why is that?



Look no further than the money....a stance that has been pronounced by those that have a lot to lose is not going to be gone back on quickly.  Can you imagine the repercussions, if all of a sudden the powers that be came out and said, btw we've been b.s.ing you for 50 years, sorry about that but here's the reality.  Not gonna happen soon.

BUTTER believe it


Hey, you may be someone who is saying no way, that's nonsense, butter isn't good for you.

Here's something to think about if you're one of those whose reluctant to change your mind about butter.

When's the last time you saw an ad for a Rolls Royce on tv?


NEVER.

Because you don't have to advertise something that is the best....people know they are great and people buy them.

So the question is, if these butter replacements are so great why do they need to advertise them so much?

Might make people buy more butter


Because to sell a product full of artificial, heavily processed ingredients that are BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH you have to spend a lot of money making it look great.

So here's the deal with butter....might want to wait to eat your toast until after you read this...

Between 1920 and 1960 heart disease became the #1 Killer in America

Guess what else happened during this period of time?

It's in a magazine, it must be true!

Butter consumption dropped from 18lbs per year per person to 4lbs per year per person...hmmmm obviously butter wasn't the cause.

Butter contains nutrients that protect you from heart disease...vitamin a, vitamin e, lecithin, selenium, cholesterol (yes, this is not an error, you read this correctly).

Cholesterol is a strong antioxidant that goes to work repairing damage created from free radicals....typically from damaged and rancid fats from margarine and heavily processed vegetable oils (margarine for one).

This next fact may very well shock you...

A Medical Research Council survey showed that men eating butter ran half the risk of developing heart disease as those using margarine.

And even more importantly here, since this is a fat loss blog...you have to realize that butter is not responsible for weight gain!  Butter is composed of short and medium chain fats which are used for quick energy and are not stored as human fat which is made up mostly of long chain fats.

After you read this article, promise me you will never again say to anyone that eating butter is contributing to you being overweight...because it is not!  As you can see butter will contribute to your health if you actually eat it.

So go to your refrigerator now, open it up, and grab your butter replacements and throw them in the trash.

Trash these phonies!

Then go out and buy some real butter at the store, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Safeway....you know where to go.  I know it's hard to rid your mind of the incessant negativity surrounding butter, however if you care about your health and how you look then you best expunge the nonsense the media is feeding you right away.

Better yet, here in California, you can actually buy organic unpasteurized butter (www.organicpastures.com and they will ship it to you overnight, they are near Fresno) that has all the beneficial nutrients and live cultures that the stuff in the store doesn't have.

The best you can buy.

I won't get into it here but it's safe to say pasteurizing food kills what's alive whether it's good or bad and is done primarily so it can sit on a shelf forever and not go bad.  FYI virtually all instances of food poisoning come from, supposedly safe, pasteurized products.

The point is this....butter is good for you....repeat to yourself....butter is good for you, margarine and processed vegetable oils (canola oil is one) are bad for you so don't eat them.


Do Not Consume


Now as soon as you get home from the store, butter your toast and enjoy, knowing it will protect you from heart disease and contribute to your fat loss, good looks, and longevity.
