Top 10 Ways to Reveal Your Abs

Ever wondered what you can do to finally reveal your've done what seems like 10,000 ab exercise variations that make your stomach burn.

You think, "damn!" this has to be doing something?!?!...but my stomach still has fat all over it!  WTH

Well, if this has ever frustrated the heck out of you then you've come to the right place.

Here are my top 10 ways to reveal your already toned stomach (BTW if you've been working out those muscles have tone you're just keeping them hidden...)  Guess what...none of them have to do with another crazy variation of crunches...or any other ab exercise for that matter.

Top 10 Ways to Reveal Your Abs

1.  Start drinking a gallon of water a day.  (if you don't drink it your body will retain it...under your skin)
2.  Stop drinking juice, soda, sports drinks (these are really liquid sugar)
3.  Sleep more and work less...(stress causes a hormonal environment that stores fat)
4.  Start eating food that's in it's natural state (e.g. nothing in nature is found in a can, box or bag)
5.  Resist the temptation to be pressured into blowing your healthy eating (you will be pressured)
6.  If you're going to eat fruit only eat it before noon.  (you're more likely to burn it off instead of store it)
7.  Just because you worked out for 30-60 minutes doesn't mean you need to carb don't
8.  3-4 days per week avoid all starchy carbs (rice, pasta, bread, potatoes, pastries) and fruit
9.  Avoid inflammatory foods such as legumes, soy, alcohol and gluten containing foods.  (bloating)
10.  No cheat days...because they turn into every day...can you really have just 1???? (you know the answer)

Now are you going to follow all of these perfectly...absolutely not...I don't and neither does anyone else...but to the degree that you do follow these guidelines will be directly connected to the degree of satisfaction you have with your level of stomach tone.

Pick one of the above and try it for a week....then try another and'll be pleasantly surprised with what you see.

Just remember...what you put in your mouth has more to do with how your stomach looks than the workouts you do. 

And hey...acknowledging this fact at least gives you peace of mind that there isn't a secret ab exercise to suddenly give you a flat stomach!
